Sorry, I don't have experience with that board. Also I think (?) the bootloader doesn't work with the latest code with the 20Mhz oscillator?

I can. Not sure how small the box will get as it still needs to be big enough for the label. I'll PM you when I find a box and see what it weighs with a chip.
