Good point. I unfortunately do not have such a tool. Nor do I understand that... but I will google it and see if I can learn more about what you are talking about
But that's a valid point you make. My main concern wasn't really more power at high rpms, but rather that it felt "boggy", slow to respond and what not when it got hot outside, especially in stop and go traffic, and this seemed to help a little.
I'll look more into what you're talking about.
