what type of valve actuation do you have?
If you have rockers with screw adjusters, it's pretty simple to adjust them so they don't open. If you have a shim over bucket setup, just remove the shims and buckets. It is a bit more work though.
This will leave you with a full time 2 cylinder. Probably is a good idea to leave the plugs hooked up, although I don't know if there would be a problem with all those electrons piling up in the wires.
I wonder how rough it would run?
