Most cars come with scissors jacks for changing tires, borrow a couple and set them on flat paving stones or short pieces of plank. Remember to set the emergency brake and chock the wheels so the car won't roll. Don't work under a vehicle supported by only a hydraulic jack since these can leak down and pin you. Have some one monitor your work for safety and fetching tools.
