a missing vacuum line may cause a lean condition.

that is not true
a missing vacuum line on a speed density system such as your s will NOT cause lean condition
Mr MAP sensor cares not if there is un metered air . as Mr MAP sensor only looks at
Manifold Absolute Pressure which is UN affected by even large vacuum leaks that may be present in EVAP lines

Mr 02 sensor will maintain stoich even if a purge valve or LDP is stuck open drawing extra HC into the intake .

just to civilly set things straight

very little can cause lean or rich condition when fuel trim has such a wide range of correction available as your system has
