I am not clear on the year and model of the throttle body system under discussion by Ramman360, so I used a general approach. My current vehicle is likely different than older TBI systems which evolved over a period of years. My 1971 Torino 6cyl was undriveable because of a vacuum leak that would not bother a modern car. Since the van is my wife's car I might ask you to refer to Mrs. MAP sensor.
