As long as you are using terminology like ... what humans can actually do ... I'm going to disagree ... I'll take that Tsunami of yours ... and raise you a global nuclear strike on every major populated area on the planet ... and that isn't even as bad as what we ... 'Can' do ... if we actually put an active effort into it to try to be self destructive on purpose ... what we 'can' do is a very great deal.
