In all seriousness, I agree ! My grandfather had an old Toyota hatch that was black . He painted the roof white ( I'm just now after all these years seeing why ! ).
He mentioned that cars would part for him as he would catch up to them.
Personally I agree about black and white looking odd, but yes it does have a psychological effect on drivers around you . They are more aware of where that you are .
