Also: The EPA combined estimate is really just, well, an estimate. I don't think I've ever gotten an exact number of miles per gallon (IE there are always decimals in there.)
The EPA rounds their numbers, so it's just a guideline. You could probably just make up a number that sounds reasonable, there's no harm in that.
I don't think you'll be able to find a combined number because the EPA testing was different when that car was being tested than it is now. 18 or 19 MPG would probably be a realistic combined rating.
