all cars have lottsa mounting points

all cars have many mounting points for bellypans
look for the round rubber / plastic plugs that fill the holes that were needed for the jigs that lined up under body floor parts during the assembly of the car .

stick a bolt / stud / threaded rod with 2 large washers and nut in the hole
whalla
a very secure , strong , serviceable , mounting point .
cheap
easy

steel beams
the kind that replace 2 x 4 s in construction are very light and very stiff when screwed or welded together and could easily make up ribs or frame work of a belly pan , or just use the steel and nothing else , trim to fit .
very cheaply

you can build one yourself
stop typing on the internet

get under the car
and
do it
