Not really a unicorn, since it would technically work, you just wouldn't get much energy return. 700 W/m^2 of solar panel * maybe 20% efficiency * % of time car is actually in the sun * efficiency of electrolysis? You'd wind up with maybe 10 watts worth of H2/O2 mix going into the engine.
