Not bad, considering Toyota already put some LRR tyres on the Prius.
In tests, the Continental EcoContact
5 did even better, but it's only just hitting the markets here.

What's the sidewall rating ?
On the European version it's 51 psi.
Though at 44 you'll already have the greater part of the possible fuel savings.
