Well, after almost a month, one of these described wheel covers came off. Thankfully, it didn't fly off.
Left front one came off, and then apparently slowed down enough so that it could curve toward the right-hand side of the highway as I passed it by. I saw it go into the weeds.
Oh, well. They'll all come off, now. Serves me right for thinking that the wheel cover metal clips, holding the covers to my wheels, would behave just like a normal wheel cover clip. Maybe I'll drill a hole through the plastic anchors where the metal clips attach - the clips have holes in them anyway, presumably for this purpose.
