So I got a crazy hair up my tail today and managed to wire in another wiring harness. Then I jumped the car and found a loose injector, thus the gas smell. I found out the alternator is bad bad and the battery may need to be replaced. I think for now I may fix the car, as economy cars here are way overpriced (but in this economy I think that is a nation wide thing). Thanks for all the information. I will keep it in mind if this thing breaks down again.
