that would require a wider fairing as I only have about five inches of space either side of the engine. If I did that, then I could also put one either side of the rear wheel, and make the tail shorter and wider. I don't know if this would really be an aero advantage, but it might help with side winds.
Oh, and I don't expect to win, I will be happy to be able to keep up, and post decent FE numbers. I don't have the finances to win an event like this.
