Day trip to Topeka went well until the alternator died at the end of the trip. Had to pick up a remanufactured one from AutoZone. Alternator temp was around 185 degrees with the ambient temps around 108 degrees. Reverted back to a 33% grill block fer now.
The access doors held up well during this trip. Need to mark the bend lines and find some time to bend the upper edge over so they aren't sticking up in the airflow.
