Do you mean that the sides don't curve inwards at the very end of the tail, or the tail isn't rounded like a tapered cone instead of it being square?
I have a gen1 cvt Insight and this is the first diy build that seems very doable for my limited skill. Now i just need to find a good anchor point on the bottom of my car. It looks alot easier to accomplish on a Prius though. They have very square rears, while an insight has a wierd compound curve at the top and brake lights that seem to get in the way of partial modding.
Any suggestions on good easy to find clear plastic to cover the brake lights?
