Driving Through Montreal to New Brunswick

Here is my route planned through the Montreal, QC area:

Take exit number 29 on your LEFT to get on AUT-540 N towards AUT-540 / AÉROPORT MIRABEL / AUT-40 / OTTAWA / GATINEAU / MONTRÉAL. Drive for 5 kilometers.

* Go STRAIGHT on AUT-40 E. Drive for 46.6 kilometers.

*Take exit number 80-S on your RIGHT to get on AUT-25 S towards AUT-25 S / AUTOROUTE TRANSCANADIENNE / AUT-20 / TUNNEL L.-H.-LA FONTAINE. Drive for 8.3 kilometers. AUT-25 S becomes AUT-20 E. Drive for 404.8 kilometers.

Take exit number 499 to get on AUT-85 S towards AUT-85 / ROUTE TRANSCANADIENNE / RTE-185 / NOTRE-DAME-DU-LAC / EDMUNDSTON N.-B. / CABANO / DÉGELIS. Drive for 13.2 kilometers.

First question is this the correct route, first time doing this.
Second question is what is the best time to no run into Montreal traffic/rush hour periods.
