I have been following a number of threads and should be getting my camo van back from Ford with a new sub frame in her.

Recently 3wheeler and aerohead have given quite of bit of incite on how to develop a shape.

I took my original photoshopped view and applied a 5.68 curve and came up with this.
I thought that it looked "right" but had no easy way of confirming it.

My plan now is to lay out a radius 5.64 x height on my shop floor on some particle board or thin plywood Will extend it what ever length feels good. The construction will start with a 2 foot wide tapered. flexed 1" thick pink board. Will shape it like ship boards Flexing to match the particle board form glue them together with 2 part foam glue. Further down the sides, below the taillights, I will just leave strakes going back.

Thanks guys.
