How about the #1 over epa bike, xr500 rated at 18 mpg city hwy & comb.
With a xr600 I've was probably close to that FE riding an enduro trying to average 18 mph thru the woods, maytbe worst cause I couldn't keep going that fast for the 3-4 hour ride hardly ever getting out of 2nd.
