I wouldn't remove the wiper(especially on the rear of the car) the rear of the car gets less wind so the rain doesn't seem to clear as well as in the front. Its cost is about $2.88 for 16oz spray bottle at walmart. I do recommended getting a microfiber cloth for removing the film.(You put it on wait for it to dry to a haze then wipe the haze off much, much, MUCH easier to wipe off the film with the microfiber cloth I can't stress this enough)
