This really would be great. Especially since android is so cheap, you can e bay a phone for 30 bucks, and buy a pre paid t mo or cingular if you want the data, as in no wifi, or to use the internet features.
It is a little lame that there won't be a precise number for actual cd, BUT for eco modders it shouldn't matter, as we are just looking at change and improvement.
So if we do the tests on the same roads near us, we will see the same results, and notice differences, especially if you are able to utilize all the points in the first post. This seems like a fantastic idea, and I highly anticipate it's release.
I would think this could be a good way to spark interest with others into lowering their cd.
