Why exactly do you want a VX?

If it's to save gas there are better options in the same price range. The sooner you get a high mpg car the more you save over whatever you drive now.

Remember that model will be aproaching on being 20 years old now. There are some compromises you can make by working with a really good body VX, dropping a low mileage engine and transmission in (which i think would be easier to find), and painting it white.

If you find what you're looking for, you'll probably end up paying much more than it's worth in value. Adding on sentimentality, rarity, and "i knows what i gots" to the price.
