...probably, but my understanding is that the actual percentage-of-ethanol in the gasoline 'blend' can/does vary with each different tanker truck delievery because the ethanol is "added" into the 'straight-stock' gasoline after its received from the delivery pipeline source, just prior to its delivery to the gas station (to reduce water absorption), so each state/locale has different proportions on an almost daily basis! Notice the labels typically read "...up to XX% alcohol..."
...so, carburetor adjustments made today probably wouldn't be as good or effective when you make your subsequent tank fill-up.
