90.84 MPG. 215.3 miles on 2.37 gallons, $8.32. I checked the valve lash by checking the exhaust valve. Max spec was .005. The .005 blade was tight, .004 was easy, so it is exactly in specs. The low fuel light came on at 207.4 miles. This is my daily route of 40 miles with a total of 46 traffic lights. I average between 36-38 MPH. It takes about 5 minutes to check the exhaust valve and that valve is the one that loses it's lash more quickly than the intake. Also checked the air filter, which is a foam type and can be cleaned and reused.

Until I can get my 3 wheeler, 2 passenger, prototype built this bike will get me about the same mileage I am hoping for in the prototype. This bike is the best mileage vehicle I have ever used for my local route, of any vehicle I have owned. At $2300 purchase price it is less than 65% of the cost, compared to the depreciation on the Insight over 32k miles, which was $3500. The Insight would average just under 70 MPG for the same drive.
