I've made pretty good progress today. I've attached all of the panels except for the bottom panel because I've still being going up inside the tail to do some work. I still have to add a lot of self tappers just to make sure this thing is secure. I bought some metal to make some flashing to try and seal the boat tail to the car.
weather spotter- how did you attach the pipe insulation. That was actually my first thought, but I wasn't sure how well it would hold up with the hatch being opened and closed all the time.
Jethrobodine- I don't think that means i'm doing it "right" but I'm definitely having fun, so I guess that's what it's all about. not to mention I'm helping save the world
Sven7- that's a pretty good point. Any ideas as what a good space material would be?
