Cruiser: New Best Tank!

There is a lot of hate on the PT Cruiser from those unfortunate souls that have rented an automatic equipped PT. Believe me I feel your pain. But not all is bad with the PT...in fact if you opted to get the manual transmission car, you would find out that it is actually a fun and extremely versatile vehicle.

EPA ratings on the maunal transaxle PT are 19/26 and 22 combined. After a trip into the mountains, I recorded my best mileage yet. 33.4 mpg over a full tank! My Ultraguage has my life cumulative at 31 mpg overall now. That is 150% of the EPA combined...not too shabby.
