The only reason the vehicle uses less fuel is the magnets restrict the flow of fuel by blocking a portion of the crossectional area of the fuel line where its installed. Of course all bets are off when the car is traveling in a direction that places the installed magnets in such a position the magnet is 180 degrees out of phase with the earths magnetic field. I think most people already knew that.....
