The hipster drivers, bamboo roof rack and (as you say) graffiti signage are all for marketing. The electric conversion and smart-phone routing are for competitive advantage. I forgot to mention the software. A local bike shop uses it, but it is available for other business--point of sale, invoicing, trip tickets, stuff like that. All in the Cloud. I'll ask them tomorrow what it's called.
