well the best option like every1 said is to buy another car, but if your not willing to do this try some of these tips
-Fill tires to max psi
-buy a scangauge or ultragauge, etc something along those lines
-make a grill block, whether its a full block or partial it should help a good amount on a truck
-Make an air dam, trucks are very unaerodynamic underneath helping to block air from going underneath will help
-tonneau cover or aero bed cap, if neither leave tailgate up

These are the easiest cheapest mods to do on the side of ecomodding. Don't forget about the hypermiling part, changing your driving habits will be 1 of the biggest factors in mileage
