Air filter is an aftermarket foam thing im not excited about, Ill pull it off and see what happens. Changed the fuel filter already. Ill have to mess with the tank vent system.
It does seem to be rather high RPMs for the upper speed. I figured it was just the way the thing was geared. I opened up the carb once. its real simple and very basic.
