According to the Wiki link. Drilling in ANWR (the holy grail of the right wing we need to drill more domestic oil movement) will supply 5% of domestic needs for 12 years. U.S. consumption is 20 Mil barrels/day so ANWR is good for 1 Mil. World oil production is ballpark 80 Mil. Drilling in ANWR will increase world supply by 1.25%. What is that going to do for your pump prices?

By the way, the 30% number was off the top of my head, it might be 40% but that still doesnt change anything.
