The clutch is done, replace it. 124K of beating on it, plus probably a bit more abuse as you learned how to properly bump-start, put a lot of wear on it.
The flywheel may be banged up or burned. It should be checked to see if it needs to be machined (turned) or replaced. The pressure plate should probably just be replaced regardless, and the throwout bearing and any other bearings inside the bellhousing.
