I know about minimum speeds on highways. I was always over that minimum. The guys that cut me off did so when I was coasting at around 80km/h (50 mph). I would only go slower on uphills, which had a special right lane for slow cars and big rigs.
I'm in the process of installing an EOC switch, hoping to get into the 50 mpg with it!
