Thanks for the replies.I wanted to make the air dam using lawn edging.
The suggestion of using an aluminium bar to add rigidity is great,I will try to incorporate it into my design.
I was initally pondering using the 3M 2 way tape, do you guys (and girls) think this will offer the support needed, or would I have to supplement it with some screws.
