It seems like a lot of changes at one time. Could it beneficial to do do three changes separate, with a 50 mile ride between each one, than three and then a 150 mile ride? Just because two mods might be helping a LOT, but then another just kills the gains and then some.
Just an idea. I noticed a huge change after mods, but made roughly seven changes all at once. So, it worked, but what worked how much has become more of a mystery.
