It helps, but it is darn near impossible to measure anything on an Insight
The car is ultra sensitive to any changes, climate, driving conditions or driving techniques. I gave up long ago on trying to measure stuff. When I have all the aero stuff installed that I feel sure is of "some" value, then I'll report a rough improvement number. At the moment, the silver car seems about 10 MPG better than the unmodified blue car. i recently got 112MPG going from Richmond to Quntico, through rolling hills. That is lots better than the blue car will do.
