I was thinking since you measure to length from the valve to a protrusion/hard surface to reflect the pulse wave you could build the intake similar to the exhaust. Build the mounting bracket to the heads then bend the first stage pipes till they all meet the same point where they blend together into a larger pipe and that pipe works its way back to the turbo making that the first surface it sees allowing for a longer runner length.

Literally it would be like running a tuned length exhaust manifold on the intake.
