Some rubberized undercoating sprayed on the inside of the shell should help reduce the noise in the trisled. The tail lights are great on the Go-One and I would suggest some reflective tape. Is the round canister storage also? Is your top speed any different with the motor running?
For years the NYS Assembly has passed 20 mph electric bike bills but they always die in the Senate committees. We need to get home built programs for Class B mopeds (20-30 mph) passed. NYCeWheels may be able to sell OEM electric bikes here as mopeds if the state approves the model but you have to contact the tech department to find out if a given model is approved - there is no published list. The whole thing is rather embarrassing.
