Sorry, butt this reeks of the rainbow smear depicted below....way too much pseudo speak goin on there to be credible, makes entabulators seem quaint by comparison. Biggest brown flag waving is the 1991 patent....21 years you'd think they'd have a working prototype on the road with a few hundred thousand miles of research results by now.
Just did a web search, there is nothing solid made by this crack pot, if this doesn't fit the definition of Unicorn, then nothing does.
