2013 1500 w/ 3.6L V6 w 8 spd auto (2WD): 17 mpg city, 25 mpg highway, 20 mpg combined
So that's a 25% improvement in the combined rating. Not no shabby, although I suspect that may be largely due to how bad it was before rather than how good it is now.

Wow...I mean wow. Am I the only one who is not underwhelmed by these numbers
My last 3 tanks in my 1997 Chevy Suburban going 70mph were at least 17mpgUS (13.45L/100km). I have acheived several tanks at 20mpgUS (11.76L/100km) going 55mph (90K/hr) and a couple of 21mpgUS+ (11.2L/100km) tanks.
My vehicle is 16 years old with 230,000 miles (370,000km) on the all original everything (engine trans) with an old school pushrod V8 with a 5.7L, weighs 5234lbs bone dry, I am fully loaded every time with 6 people and gear.
Please...surely in the modern day with all the fuel saving trickery can do better than these numbers....please.
