Timing question??
I did a quick check over and re checked my timing
My timing is at 11* on the red mark and that is with the distributor all the way rotated towards the front radiator.
Is the red mark the correct mark??
Engine at temp fan kicked on
Jumped timing connector engine light came on

1998 Honda civic Lx sedan 5sp completely stock with lowering kit 2in drop full fresh factory tune up and ngk plugs ngk blue wires. Just added vacuum gauge
