I have a 2000 Honda Valkyrie I just got in mid-May. 1520cc Flat 6 with 6-into-6 pipes.
On 6/26/12 I went 135.9 miles and used 3.44 gallons (US) for 39.6 MPG. It was about 50/50 driving on that tank. Almost 90 miles of it was non-stop on the Capital Beltway/I-270 and then the rural back roads in my county.
