Four reasons.

1. Bigger offset so I can cover rear wheels more easily + smaller frontal area.
2. Easy to make them smooth
3. Since roads in Eastern Europe are not the best quality I want to have higher tire with the same outer diameter. It will act much better than low profile one.
4. 15" tires are cheaper than 16"

But saving fuel requires concentration, self-control and cleverness. It's a challenge with the nice effect of saving you money that you can use for other more important things."
