If you drive at 100 km/h, that's +0,01 l/100 km.
Take 50% efficiency of mechanical into electrical energy.
That +0,02 l/100 km at 100 km/h and +0,04 l/100 km at 50 km/h.
So your +0,25 l/100 km are equal to 1320 W at 100 km/h, that's some serious lighting !
