It seems my car does have some sort of EOC feature because sometimes when downshifting to slow down, scanguage shows 9999 indicating fuel injector shut off. I wonder if there is a way to tap into that system and shut it down when I want it off.

is the key in the on position or acc? different cars so there would be different results but when in the on position its the same as the running position.
and yes you seem to have DFCO i wish i had it
