I found in a previous thread I suggested radio drama which works to fill in the time if you are driving slow - talk radio works like this too. For music I like all sorts from electronica to classic. I don't get better FE with one vs another - Faithless Insomnia is just as likely to make me go faster as Elgar's Nimrod.
EDIT - Headphones only, and if by the end you don't want to know more classics you are dead from the neck up.
