In gimp I measure the height of the moon hubcap (which is all I can see clearly) as 75 pixels high.
The front of the car I measure as 118 pixels high from the shadow on the ground. So that is a ratio of 1.573 to 1.
I still dont know the rim size or hubcap size though.
