I just did mine. This being election day, the coroplast harvest isn't quite ripe, so I used waxed vegetable box cardboard for the grill, fastened with a few bits of concrete form tie-wire through the grill.
For the air dam I used some 1/4" luan that was laying around and fastened it to the existing under bumper trim with self tapping screws. On the corners I used some bits of flashing. I'll have to re-do all this with more durable materials eventually.
I finished it all off with a coat of bed-liner black.
