Seems like a lot of people are calling some of the cars ugly because their functionality (or lack thereof)... That's one thing that doesn't compute for me... seems like a car can be good looking without having any functional benefits while a car with excellent functional benefits can be quite ugly looking...

Funny thing I noticed about Subarus:
They exist outside the normal car design universe! They release a model and people go: "Ew". Ten years later they look acceptable, almost like they have design that doesn't age. Look at a 1998 Forester - it still has the rugged accents and cutesy styling and foremost the underlying capability that people liked about them. It's weird. They age well.
Now, if I look at a set of chrome 20" wheels on a Chrysler 300... not so nice in 2 years.
